Penthouse on the second floor in an urbanization located 100m from El Playazo beach, with free WiFi (optical fiber, 300 MB), air conditioning / heating, and a south-facing terrace-solarium with shower, barbecue, and an extra room with air conditioning and kitchen, ideal to enjoy the outdoors all year round.
Maximum capacity 6 adults. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 complete bathroom with shower, 1 shower room, a fully equipped American kitchen and living-dining room with sofa-bed and with access to a small balcony and the staircase that leads to the solarium-terrace. Free parking space available in the underground garage of the urbanization.
In Fatu-Hiva textile urbanization, with lift, communal swimming pool (open in July and August) and garden areas. Several bars and restaurants at about 100m and a large supermarket at about 800m.
IMPORTANT: The reasonable consumption of electricity up to 20 Kwh / day is included. The surplus will be charged. In case of discounted monthly rent, electricity is NOT included. Pets are not allowed. Groups of young people are not accepted. No smoking inside the accommodation.
