Ground floor apartment, in a urbanization located 150m from El Playazo Beach, with free WiFi, air conditioning/heating, free satellite (French channels), Spanish TV, terrace with access to the communal pool and tiled garden facing south.
Maximum capacity 5 adults. There are 2 bedrooms (2nd bedroom with double bed + single bunk bed), 1 bathroom with shower, living room and fully equipped kitchen. Free parking space available in underground garage.
In Residencial Alborada (textile urbanization), with elevator, a large communal pool + children's pool, paddle tennis courts and children's playground. Several bars and restaurants about 100m and a large supermarket about 800m.
IMPORTANT: The reasonable consumption of electricity up to 15 Kwh / day is included. The surplus will be charged at € 0.25 / Kwh. In case of monthly rental out of season with discount, electricity is not included. Pets and groups of young people are not admitted. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.
