Through the years, we have developed a survey with a series of parameters that determine in which category your home fits. With this survey we can quantify or qualify the characteristics of each house, such as ‘distance to the beach’, ‘WiFi’, ‘number of bedrooms’, etc.

Once the house is rated within a category, the retail rate of this category is automatically assigned. The rates for each category are always related to a default rate list, so all rates have a percentage relationship between them.

At this base rent price, the price of the final cleaning, sheets, taxes and any additional service is added.

From the price the guests pay we determine the price that the owner receives for each week that has been rented. This price table is set in the rental agreement between the owner and us. In the event that a discount has been applied to the retail price, the price received by the owner is reduced in relation to it. Each owner can decide if he wants to offer last-minute discounts, or not.

Yes, it is mandatory to register your home as “habitatge de us turístic”. We take care of the registration for our clients

The cost of registration depends on each municipality. For example, in 2017 in Torroella the registration cost 80 euros. It is a one-time fee.

For registration you need a certificate of habitability. If you do not have it, we have a special agreement with a technical architect who does it for a reduced rate.

We provide a full rental service, so you do not have to worry about looking for customers. But if you bring a client, we will reward you the net price of that period with 5%.
